Katrina Glazebrook, MB, ChB

Dr. Katrina Glazebrook is a trained radiologist with fellowship training in musculoskeletal (MSK) and breast imaging (BI) radiology at Mayo Clinic Rochester and BI and ultrasound (US) at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. She is the section chair of the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound practice and has been a member of this practice since its inception. She has been an MSK US instructor at international meetings for the last 6 years. She has funding for a MSK US research project looking at shearwave elastography of nerves, and she is a contributor to a long-term research project looking at elastography of the deltoid muscle in shoulder arthroplasties. She has published several papers on MSK and breast US. She also has 27 years’ experience in reading musculoskeletal MRI, including MRI evaluation of inflammatory arthritis. She is a Professor at Mayo Clinic Medical School. She is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology and International Skeletal Society and has given talks on aspects of MSK US at the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine; of which she is also a reviewer for their journal. She is the section chair of breast research at Mayo Clinic Rochester for 10 years. She is a Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging.
